Dr. Frederick earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from University of Southern Mississippi, M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Mississippi-Medical Center, and her D.D.S. from Meharry Medical College. In pursuit of her dream to be an Orthodontist, Dr. Frederick will be attending Howard University in the summer of 2018 for specialty training in Orthodontics She has a passion for creating smiles, bringing joy to those around her, continuing education and being of service to her community. Dr. Frederick serves as a mentor to many new dentists, a Faculty Attending of a General Practice Residency Program, and a member of several organized dental societies, as well as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Some of Dr. Frederick's hobbies including running, reading, and spending time with her daughter, Baleigh. Her goals are to open up her own private office and to see her platform BeeWoke inspire, motivate and bring awareness to her community with targeting topics around 1.) Family 2.) Health 3.) Finance and 4.) Community.

Oumou Bah is originally from Guinea (W. Africa), she is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of
Solidarity Academy of Bambeto, a school committed to providing a quality and sustainable education to
underprivileged children in Conakry the Capita of Guinea (W. Africa). She oversees the executive training
for the organization’s internal staff. Before the creation of the Solidarity Academy of Bambeto, Oumou had owned and operated various
small businesses in Chicago, New York and Guinea. Before devoting to Solidarity Academy of Bambeto, Oumou worked as an organizer for the Hillary Clinton 2016 Campaign in Columbus Ohio. She also was the Campaign coordinator consultant for France
Congressman Frederic Lefebre reelection for North America. In addition to being both an entrepreneur and political operative, Oumou is a social, political activist and a philantropist.

Crystal Martin is a journalist who’s covered beauty, style, and fitness for over a decade. She’s been an editor at Redbook, Women's Wear Daily, O, the Oprah Magazine, and Essence. Now she’s writing for the most influential publications in the industry — The New York Times, New York Magazine, and The New York Post, among others. She has a reputation as a professional with social media savvy, innovative ideas, striking visual concepts, and excellent writing and reporting skills. She has strong, genuine relationships in the industry and doesn’t take those connections for granted, rather valuing and nurturing them. She’s sharp-witted, gregarious and has a lively sense of humor, making her a pleasure to engage with as a colleague and friend.
Andreina was raised in Brooklyn, New York, in a Dominican family. Her passion for health/wellness was recognized at the tender age of 6. During her childhood she discovered her love and gift of dance. Throughout high school and college she was also an exceptional track athlete, excelling in her best event: the 200m dash. She is known on stage as "A-dre" and as "Nu" in the gym. She is trained in ballet, hip-hop, Latin jazz, African, Cha-cha & mambo/salsa. She has performed nationwide and has taught locally, both for workshops and by private request. Her focus continues to be the love of dance and most importantly, her passion in the fitness world. Her persistence in the arts then led her passion to thrive in choreography.
In 2014, Andreina became a member of the National Physique Committee, competing in the bikini division as a Nationally Qualified athlete. She continues to grow in all aspects of dance, motivational speaking and fitness in hopes of spreading mental health awareness through positive self-image and a healthy lifestyle.
Currently, Andreina is a personal trainer and motivational speaker residing in NYC. Her style is centered around the connection of mind, body & soul. Known as the "Nu" program, it focuses on combining wellness through spiritual practices, physical training and healthy mental awareness. Andreina’s motto always follows her on and off the stage: “Through consistency, dedication, passion and love, you experience life & a Nu you."
